Brightbulb Design is seeking a fantastic full stack developer (or two) to join them as part of a major expansion plan for our Wootton based design studio. We are seeking highly competent, expert level PHP developers familiar with frameworks such as Laravel and frontend frameworks such as React and Angular. You will need to be highly motivated, create exceptional work with tight time frames and can add real value to our ever-expanding team of creative individuals.

Essential Skills

  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS & JavaScript
  • Knowledge of PHP
  • Knowledge of MySQL
  • Experience with a PHP framework, preferably Laravel
  • Experience with a JavaScript framework, preferably React and/or Angular
  • Experience with Git, such as GitHub
  • Experience with debugging and tackling code challenges
  • Experience with website deployment / DNS configuring

Desirable Skills

  • Understanding of Apache / Nginx etc
  • Understanding of Linux and the command line
  • Native iOS and Android app development
  • Experience working with WordPress themes and plugins
